UX/UI design for SaaS, dashboards and admin panels
A SaaS product works when people can do their job without fighting the interface. I design flows, panels and management screens for products with heavy business logic, several user roles and information that matters: first how it's structured, then how each state looks.
Product problems I solve
- Complex business rules that the interface hides or makes confusing.
- Screens that mix different roles, each with its own needs.
- States, results and history that users can't see or trace.
- An admin panel designed after the product, hard to fill in and to maintain.
- An interface that grew module by module and no longer has a shared logic.
What's included
- Discovery of the domain rules together with product and business.
- A flow map and information structure, before any interface is drawn.
- Screens to enter, review and follow each process, with their states in plain sight.
- Traceability and change history as a core part of the experience, not an add-on.
- Interactive Figma prototypes to validate with the team before development.
- Functional diagrams and specifications, so product and engineering work from the same understanding.
- Reusable components shared across screens and products.
How I approach SaaS product design
- Understand the domain rules with product and with specialists in the field.
- Map flows and information structure with functional diagrams.
- Prototype in Figma and adjust with the team in short cycles.
- Design the interface of each process, with states and results in view.
- Turn what repeats into reusable components.
- Document flows and specifications for the engineering team.
Frequently asked questions
Do you design dashboards with charts and data visualization?
What I show in my cases are management screens: entering information, reviewing it, following the state of each process and seeing its history. Data visualization dashboards aren't among the published cases, so we'd talk it through with your product in front of us.
Can you join a product that's already in use?
Yes. At Deep Creek Solutions I improved health platforms that were already in use, and the changes had to coexist with what was there without slowing down the people who used them every day.
How do you work with the engineering team?
As part of a cross-functional team, alongside product and engineering. I document each flow with diagrams and specifications, so everyone works from the same understanding.
Do you also design the admin panel?
Yes. On Vivero Yvyrá I designed and built the panel used to load content, together with the public interface.
Do you use AI in the process?
To explore alternatives and document design solutions. The decisions about the flow and the interface are mine.
